Two certified coaches who are changing the world - one tough conversation at a time.
We Believe:
Everyone deserves to be in a loving and connected relationship.
Life is too short to stay stuck in a miserable relationship…. or even a mediocre one!
Showing our kids what a healthy relationship looks and feels like is one of the best ways to teach them how to love and be loved.
We Want to:
Create real, honest, conversations. Soooooo many conversations, about ALL the things.
Inspire people to share what real life and relationships actually look like (not just the highlight reels we see on Instagram and Facebook).
Revolutionize communication in all relationships.
We Know:
Relationships are everything.
Quality relationships are the key to lasting happiness and a fulfilled life.
When our relationships are in struggle, it’s hard to focus on anything else in life.
Change your relationship - Change your life.
MEET LINDSAY
Hey there!! I’m Lindsay Hammond. I’m a Canadian girl, a native Calgarian - home of the Calgary Stampede!! I am a recovering accountant, lover of people, coach to many, mama of three, partner to an amazing man, a daughter, a sister, a bad-ass business lady and the friend who can bust out a killer charcuterie board anytime and anywhere.
Relationships are my life and while a single one doesn’t define me, the whole lot of them together have shaped who I have become and are at the root of my drive to be the best I can be. I am passionate about continually working on my relationships and helping others with theirs.
I love food, giving gifts, parties, adventures and trying new things. What really brings me joy is making people realize their own amazingness and being the catalyst of change and transformation in their lives. And really at the end of the day change is inevitable in all of our lives so why not embrace it and guide it, right? I am dedicated to getting all of us – you too!! into the driver’s seat instead of just being along for the ride!!
MEET LISA
Hi Friends! I’m Lisa Jones. I am an eternal optimist, a motivator, a disrupter, a proud mom of 3, a coach, sister, daughter, friend, and a wannabe rebel from way back! My adventurous spirit has taken me from a remote village in the Philippines, to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, to wrangling on a dude ranch. Everywhere I go, the common thread of joy is the people I connect with along the way.
I have been building relationships, my own and others, from the time I entered the world. When I discovered coaching as a profession, I knew I was home!! I knew instantly I had found the thing I was meant to do. Every day I am grateful to get to live my dream of being the spark and the accelerator for change in people’s lives. And not just any change – SIGNIFICANT and LASTING change – the kind of change that shakes people to their core and challenges them to do what scares and excites them.
I believe in freedom, real conversations, connection, curiosity, and spicy foods. I get lit up when clients overcome their biggest challenges, embrace their own unique gifts, and finally learn how to stand up for themselves in their relationships by clearly asking for what they want and need.
Do you like stories? Want to hear the good, the bad, the ugly, and all the juicy details about Lisa, Lindsay, and how The Relationship Coaches came to be?
Now you might be wondering, are these ladies legit?
You’ll be happy to know we didn’t just do a webinar and then proclaim ourselves coaches. We are both Certified Professional Co-Active coaches (CPCC) through The Coaches Training Institute, the oldest and largest in-person coaching training organization in the world. CTI’s Co-Active Coach Training Program is widely recognized as the most rigorous coaching training, and certification program in the industry. We are also Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, which is currently the only governing body that oversees the coaching profession.
Lindsay and I first started working together when I found myself at the beginning of a devastating divorce. I literally felt like a bunch of broken pieces that didn’t fit together anymore. She helped me learn how to break down big tasks into manageable goals and start to take little steps forward every day. Divorce can make anyone feel inadequate and worthless, she helped me to find my inner strength and how to see my worth as an individual. I had no idea how I was going to get through that time in my life, but now, with her help, looking back I can truly say I appreciate what I went through and how it has made me a stronger person!
